A collaborative model with Baggage, a cafe that mixes specialty coffee, football, and fashion in a lighthearted way, is now available.
The nose and footbed are made of ultrasuede®, which is smooth to the touch and comfortable to the touch.
The slightly reddish color of the snout is reminiscent of warm espresso.
The iconic blue “Baggage” pith label on the heel adds a subtle accent to the foot. The word “baggage” was specially designed in goyemon font, and the back side features the store's signature dog, Pele.
The footbed is stamped with the brand's logo for a special collaboration specification.
The “baggage” can be worn on a casual day out on the town, in the afternoon at a café, or even during relaxing time after football practice. A pair that fits every moment of your daily life.
“ unda ”
Japanese design firm goyemon has reinterpreted the traditional woven bamboo sandal, the “Setta“, and introduced modern technology to make them more comfortable to wear.
Invented in the 16th century, the setta is meant to be worn under poor weather conditions. Attached to the sole of the traditional footwear is a layer of leather which helps to keep the feet away from puddles and snow. Dubbed “Unda,” the modernized version features cushioned footbeds and midsole bubble units serving to buffer the strain from walking while logo-appliqued tags detail the heels.
