Regarding Returns

Unless there is a defect in the product, we generally do not accept returns.

- Please note that we do not accept cancellations, size changes, changes to email addresses, colors, or shipping addresses after purchase.
- We cannot accept cancellations at the customer's convenience. Please be aware that we may refuse future sales if necessary.
- Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for situations where purchases cannot be made, including payment failures, despite the item being added to the cart, due to excessive access congestion.
-For international shipments, please note that customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, or additional documentation may be required depending on the destination country's regulations.
-These procedures and any related costs are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned due to customs issues or a failure to provide required information, original shipping charges and any import-related fees will not be refunded.
