Cautions for handling
Ceramic is a kind of ceramic, not metal. Therefore, please note that the blade may chip or crack if it is subjected to strong impact, twisting, or bending.
Please note that ceramic knives may chip or crack if they are forced to cut hard objects* for the above reasons.
*Pumpkins, frozen foods (semi-frozen foods), rice cakes, meat and fish with bones, crabs, corn, fruit seeds, etc.
Do not use a metal scrubbing brush.
Do not use a metal scrubber. Ceramic is harder than metal, so using a metal scrubber may scrape the scrubber and stain your teeth black with metal powder.
The pattern is made of natural materials and may vary from piece to piece. The actual color and texture may differ from the picture.
Ceramic knives cannot be sharpened with an ordinary whetstone. Please use a special knife sharpener such as Diamond Sharpener (for single-edged knives).
Please refrain from using a dishwasher or dish dryer, as the handles are made of natural materials such as buffalo horn and wood. Please wash by hand and store in a natural dryer.
